Return & Refund Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (if applicable)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
